By accessing and using the Zipportation website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service. Zipportation reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following the posting of revised Terms of Service means that you accept and agree to the changes.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Zipportation's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. 8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zipportation operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Service Eligibility and Restrictions

By requesting transportation services from Zipportation, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Zipportation reserves the right to refuse or cancel service to any individual who violates these terms. Users must not use Zipportation services for any illegal, harassing, or unethical purpose. Passengers are responsible for their own conduct and any damages caused to vehicles or equipment during service.

10. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance unless otherwise specified. Cancellations made 4 or more hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are subject to a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled time, or no-shows, will forfeit the full payment or be subject to applicable cancellation fees. Zipportation reserves the right to modify or cancel any reservation due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, traffic incidents, or vehicle maintenance issues.

11. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Zipportation accepts all major credit cards and digital payment methods. A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking. Failure to provide valid payment information or payment failure will result in service cancellation. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days of the transaction.

12. Liability and Indemnification

Passengers assume all risk and responsibility for personal belongings during transportation. Zipportation is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left in vehicles. To the fullest extent permitted by law, passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zipportation, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of the passenger's use of Zipportation services.
